1. User Ownership
Your data belongs to you. PALION does not claim ownership of your conversations, memories, notes, files, preferences or identity information. It processes relevant content to provide assistance. Use only material you are authorised to share or use.
AI output can be inaccurate or include material subject to other people's rights. Check important content and any permissions needed before reusing or publishing it.
2. Using PALION
PALION helps you continue conversations and work by using account context, history, remembered information and connected resources. Available features depend on your account, browser, connected services and devices.
Some device actions require a PALION Driver and device permissions. Ordinary conversation and research do not require a paired device. Online models and connected services need network access.
3. Human Control Principle
PALION gets smarter so the person has more control over their world, not so PALION gets more control over the person. Requested or automated actions depend on your permissions, enabled settings and any required approval. A paid plan or face or voice match does not give access to someone else's account, private information or devices.
A draft, suggestion or submitted request does not mean an action has happened. Check the reported result, particularly when sending messages or changing files or schedules.
4. Beta and Pilot Use
PALION is being offered for invited beta and pilot use. Features may be incomplete or unavailable, and behaviour can still need improvement. Use your own account and authorised devices, follow the scope supplied with your invitation, and report unexpected behaviour through your pilot contact.
5. AI, Reminders and Availability
AI answers, summaries, plans and research can be incorrect or incomplete. Verify important information and sources before relying on them.
Reminders, notifications and external actions depend on permissions, connectivity, devices and service availability. Keep copies of important work and independently check time-sensitive reminders and actions.
6. Accounts and Connected Services
Protect your sign-in details and devices. Request actions only on content, accounts and devices you are allowed to use. When you connect a calendar, email account or another service, PALION processes relevant information for the features you use.

7. PayPal Billing
If you choose a paid plan, PayPal processes subscription payments. Review the offer on the pricing page and the price and payment schedule shown in PayPal before approving a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through PayPal. Paid access reflects the subscription status confirmed by PayPal and can end when the subscription is no longer active. Updates can take time while that status is checked; access is not promised through the end of a billing period after cancellation.
